RapidSOS, a connected data platform for emergency response, has raised $75M in Venture funding led by Blackrock. Founded by Michael Martin and Nick Horelik in 2012, RapidSOS has now raised a total of $355.7M in reported equity funding.

Stack – $3M

Stack, a platform that allows crypto apps to implement point and loyalty systems seamlessly, has raised $3M in Seed funding led by Archetype. Stack was founded by Graeme Boy and Li Zhang in 2022.

The flling indicates that the total offering is for $4M and there were eighteen investors in this close. Founded by David J. Langer, MD, Gregory Odland, and Ken Court in 2018, Playback Health has now raised a total of $12.1M in reported equity funding.
