The notable startup funding rounds for the week ending 6/8/24 featuring funding details for Stacklet, Cube Dev, and ten other deals representing $374M in new funding that you need to know about.


AcuityMD – $45.0M

Boston-based AcuityMD develops a medical technology software platform for commercializing and improving medical devices with data. Founded by Lee Smith, Michael Monovoukas, and Robert Coe in 2019, AcuityMD has now raised a total of $83.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Artisanal Ventures, Atreides Management, Benchmark, ICONIQ Growth, Redpoint, StepStone Group.


Eko Health – $41.0M

Emeryville-based Eko Health is a digital health company providing digital stethoscopes and an AI detection platform for diagnosing heart and lung diseases. Founded by Connor Landgraf, Jason Bellet, and Tyler Crouch in 2013, Eko Health has now raised a total of $163.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Artis Ventures (AV), Highland Capital Partners, NTT Venture Capital, Questa Capital Management.


Elevate Pay – $5.0M

Newark-based Elevate Pay is a financial technology company that offers a mobile banking app to provide consumers with regulated banking services. Founded by Abdigani Diriye, Khalid Keenan, and Youcef Oudjidane in 2021, Elevate Pay has now raised a total of $12.3M in total equity funding and is backed by Global Founders Capital, Goodwater Capital, Negma Group, VentureSouq, Y Combinator.


HYPR – $30.0M

New York-based HYPR is an identity assurance company that specializes in passwordless authentication solutions. Founded by Bojan Simic, George Avetisov, James Barcia, and Roman Kadinsky in 2014, HYPR has now raised a total of $122.1M in total equity funding and is backed by Silver Lake Waterman.

Founded by Alec Radford, Diana Yuan, Madison May, and Slater Victoroff in 2014, Indico Data has now raised a total of $49.2M in total equity funding and is backed by .406 Ventures, Guidewire Software, Jump Capital, Osage Venture Partners, Sandbox Industries.


Stacklet – $14.5M

Arlington-based Stacklet is a cloud governance platform that helps companies manage security, operations, cost, and asset visibility in the cloud. Founded by Kapil Thangavelu and Travis Stanfield in 2020, Stacklet has now raised a total of $36.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Capital One Ventures, Foundation Capital, Relentless VC, SineWave Ventures, Strait Capital Investment Group, Uncorrelated Ventures.


Testsigma – $8.2M

Palo Alto-based Testsigma is a cloud-based continuous testing platform for Agile and DevOps teams. Founded by Pratheep Velicherla and Rukmangada Kandyala in 2019, Testsigma has now raised a total of $12.8M in total equity funding and is backed by Accel, BoldCap, MassMutual Ventures, STRIVE.


Cube Dev – $25.0M

San Francisco-based Cube provides an analytical application platform to help companies manage and optimize their analytics workflow. Founded by Artyom Keydunov and Pavel Tinuov in 2019, Cube Dev has now raised a total of $46.7M in total equity funding and is backed by 645 Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Databricks Ventures, Decibel Partners, Eniac Ventures.

Vantage Discovery – $16.0M

San Francisco-based Vantage Discovery is a generative AI-powered SaaS search and content discovery platform that provides personalized shopping recommendations. Founded by Lance Riedel and Nigel Daley in 2023, Vantage Discovery has now raised a total of $20.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Biz Stone, Common Metal, Future Positive, Jony Ive, lobby capital, The Hive.


Restor3d – $55.0M

Durham-based Restor3d creates 3D-printed orthopedic implants using Artificial Intelligence and biomaterials to enhance personalized musculoskeletal care. Founded by Andrew Miller and Ken Gall in 2017, Restor3d has now raised a total of $134.7M in total equity funding and is backed by Summers Value Partners.


Sixfold AI – $15.0M

New York-based Sixfold AI is an insurtech startup that leverages generative AI to improve insurance underwriting processes. Founded by Alex Schmelkin, Brian Moseley, and Jane Tran in 2023, Sixfold AI has now raised a total of $21.5M in total equity funding and is backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Crystal Venture Partners, Salesforce Ventures, Scale Venture Partners.


Xcimer Energy – $100.0M

Redwood City-based Xcimer Energy is an inertial fusion company offering laser-driven fusion to provide cheap, abundant, and carbon-free energy. Founded by Alexander Valys and Conner Galloway in 2021, Xcimer Energy has now raised a total of $100.0M in total equity funding and is backed by Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Emerson Collective, Gigascale Capital, Hedosophia, Lowercarbon Capital, Prelude Ventures, Starlight Ventures.
