Centivo, the health plan administrator for self-funded employers, has raised $34M in Series B funding from investors that include Bain Capital Ventures, F-Prime Capital, Maverick Ventures, HarbourVest Partners, B Capital Group, Rand Capital, Define Ventures, Nassau Street Ventures, and Ingleside Investors. Founded by Alan Cohen, Ashok Subramanian, Boris Khomut, Jordan Silvergleid, Ruth Berkowitz, Stuart Roth, and Tahasin Alam in 2017, Centivo has now raised a total of $70.4M in reported equity funding.
