Ramp – $750M

FINTECH

Ramp, a financial operations platform that provides corporate cards, expense management, and bill payment tools for businesses, has raised $750M in Series F funding led by ICONIQ Capital, GIC, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, D.E. Shaw, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Generation Investment Management, Insight Partners, BroadLight Capital, Founders Fund, Lightspeed Venture Partners, D1 Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price, General Catalyst, Alpha Wave Global, 137 Ventures, Thrive Capital, Coatue, Sands Capital, Khosla Ventures, 1789 Capital, Avenir Growth Capital, BoxGroup, 8VC, Pinegrove Venture Partners, Definition Capital, and Stripes. Founded by Eric Glyman, Karim Atiyeh, and Gene Lee in 2019, Ramp has now raised a total of $3B+ in reported equity funding.

Flourish – $500M

AI

Flourish, an AI company that develops energy-efficient artificial intelligence systems using neuroscience and connectomics research, has raised $500M in Venture funding led by Lux Capital and GV with participation from Catalio Capital Management and Jeff Bezos. Flourish was founded by Thomas Reardon and Rob Williams in 2025.

AlphaSense – $350M

AI ENTERPRISE

AlphaSense, an AI platform that delivers market intelligence and search for business and financial professionals, has raised $350M in Venture funding led by Vitruvian Partners, Accenture Ventures, and J.P. Morgan Asset Management with participation from D.E. Shaw Ventures, Pinegrove Opportunity Partners, CapitalG, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and Viking Global Investors. Founded by Jack Kokko and Raj Neervannan in 2011, AlphaSense has now raised a total of $1.75B in reported equity funding.

Cyera – $300M

CYBERSECURITY AI

Cyera, an AI-powered data security platform that helps enterprises discover, classify, and protect sensitive data across cloud environments, has raised $300M in Series G funding led by Evolution Equity Partners with participation from Georgian, Greenoaks, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, Sapphire Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Cyberstarts, Coatue, Accel, and Spark Capital. Founded by Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan in 2021, Cyera has now raised a total of $1.9B in reported equity funding.

fomo – $67.3M

FINTECH

fomo, a social crypto trading platform that allows users to trade digital assets across multiple blockchains from a single unified account, has raised $67.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $74M and there were nineteen investors in this close. Founded by Paul Erlanger, Prashan Dharmasena, and Se Yong Park in 2024, fomo has now raised a total of $86.3M in reported equity funding.

Adaptive Innovations – $50M

HEALTHTECH AI

Adaptive Innovations, an AI-native home healthcare provider that delivers clinical care through an AI operating system that eliminates administrative overhead for home health agencies, has raised $50M in Series A funding led by Felicis and Bain Capital Ventures with participation from Optum Ventures, Sunflower Capital, Conviction, BoxGroup, SV Angels, Dorm Room Fund, and Constellation. Founded by Alex Wendland, Logan Stinson, Ryan Tolsma, and Hunter Stinson in 2025, Adaptive Innovations has now raised a total of $60M in reported equity funding.

Findigs – $32M

PROPTECH AI

Findigs, an AI-native leasing decisioning platform that helps residential property operators automate tenant screening and underwriting decisions, has raised $32M in Series C funding led by RPM Ventures with participation from Nyca Partners, Frontier Venture Capital, and Western Technology Investment. Founded by Steve Carroll and Keith Gilvar in 2018, Findigs has now raised a total of $80M in reported equity funding.

Board – $20M

ENTERPRISE

Board, a face-to-face game console and creator platform that blends the tactile experience of board games with interactive digital gameplay, has raised $20M in Series A funding led by Union Square Ventures with participation from Adjacent, BoxGroup, Coalition Operators, First Round Capital, IRL Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, Metrodora Ventures, Patron, SV Angel, Twelve Below, Haystack, Biz Stone, Elan Lee, Evan Sharp, Jesse Dorogusker, Josh Duyan, Kayvon Beykpour, Kevin Twohy, Nabeel Hyatt, Scott Belsky, and Tim Ferriss. Board was founded by Brynn Putnam in 2023.

Novellia – $18M

HEALTHTECH AI

Novellia, an AI-enabled health data platform that aggregates patient medical records for pharmaceutical research, has raised $18M in Series A funding led by Spark Capital with participation from Khosla Ventures, Acrew Capital, Bling Capital, and TMV. Founded by Shashi Shankar and Elliot Katz in 2023, Novellia has now raised a total of $28M in reported equity funding.

Ilant Health – $15M

HEALTHTECH

Ilant Health, a value-based obesity treatment platform that delivers comprehensive care for employers and health plans, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by Cornucopian Capital with participation from naturalX, Peakbridge, Semcap AI, Evidenced, Operator Partners, Celtic, LifeX, and AlphaLab. Founded by Elina Onitskansky and Jessica Muse in 2022, Ilant Health has now raised a total of $22M in reported equity funding.

ZeroDrift – $10M

AI ENTERPRISE CYBERSECURITY

ZeroDrift, an AI compliance platform that validates and enforces regulatory policies on enterprise AI-generated communications in real time, has raised $10M in Seed funding led by a16z Speedrun with participation from Reign Ventures, Pitchdrive, and U&I Ventures. Founded by Kumesh Aroomoogan in 2026, ZeroDrift has now raised a total of $12M in reported equity funding.

Plot – $10M

AI ENTERPRISE

Plot, a social video intelligence platform that helps enterprise marketing teams discover untagged brand mentions across social media, has raised $10M in Seed funding co-led by XYZ Venture Capital and Mischief Ventures with participation from Seven Seven Six and Acme Capital. Founded by Megan Duong and Phuoc Phan in 2022, Plot has now raised a total of $14M in reported equity funding.

SpeedLabs – $6.5M

AI ENTERPRISE

SpeedLabs, a sports technology platform that creates and prices real-time in-game markets during live sporting events, has raised $6.5M in Seed funding led by Parlay Capital with participation from Bullpen Capital, TA Ventures, and EdgeEquity. SpeedLabs was founded by Nick Meader and David Woodley in 2025.

Simbie AI – $5M

HEALTHTECH AI

Simbie AI, an AI voice agents platform that automates patient communications and administrative workflows for medical practices, has raised $5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were thirty-one investors in this round. Founded by Natalia Khosla and Rachel O’Driscoll in 2023.

Ficus – $2.4M

FINTECH

Ficus, a fintech platform that helps life insurance carriers modernize retained asset accounts with digital beneficiary accounts, has raised $2.4M in Pre-Seed funding from investors that include Founder Collective and Better Tomorrow Ventures. Ficus was founded by Daniel Nissenbaum in 2025.
